Shipping & Returns
All of our products are shipped via either Royal Mail or MyHermes. During the handling (packing) process, the most appropriate shipping method is chosen based on the size and weight of the product.
We aim to process your order within 7-10 working days.
Here at On Trade Winds we take customer satisfaction very seriously. We make every effort to securely wrap your item to ensure its safe arrival. If your item does arrive damaged, please send us a message with the details. You can find our contact information on the Contact Us page. We will need photographic evidence of the damage in order to replace your item. The replacement will be shipped as soon as possible.
This photographic evidence also enables us to make a claim against our courier company. Please DO NOT attempt to fix your item as we then cannot make a claim. Thank you for your understanding and assistance should such unfortunate circumstances occur.
We aim to provide complete customer satisfaction. If you are not totally satisfied with your delivery please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your order. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at:
